At first, the work placement was excellent. Office staff was clear on expectations and communication was great. After the assignment began, that's where the issues came from. The work was easy and straightforward. The equipment was faulty and we were still expected to use it. Instructions were given on a need to know basis even after signing and agreeing to their own NDA forms. We were instructed to raise concerns to the shift supervisor, which I did, as well as our office staff, again, I did so concerning faulty equipment. Nothing happened and we were still expected to carry on. Then again after a few weeks, the issue became problematic and I brought it up. This time, I was removed from an assignment for bringing up the issue of faulty equipment with no explanation or redirection to another assignment. As of this date, it has been a month or more since I've received communication back from Ultimate Staffing concerning this. It seems they don't look out for their Ambassadors as they say they do. I have sent several emails and my calls go unanswered. The last email I had I was told I'd receive contact from someone concerning my issues. Nothing. No calls or emails. I was only looking for the offices information as previous work and found this. So I'm leaving a first hand experience. It may be different for others. From what I have learned and experienced, if you have an issue with your assignment, don't bother bringing it up to either the shift supervisor or the office staff, you'll be removed and ignored as I have been.
