Claire Cederholm is an absolutely amazing recruiter and a great representation of the Profiles company as a whole. I have worked with quite a few recruiters in the past and none of them had the cheery demeanor that Claire did. She made me feel like I was her only client she was working with, and she tried hard to find a company and position that was right for me. It’s clear that her goal isn’t to earn a commission, but to find a role that will make the job-seeker happy and the company happy. Finding a good job is a very big deal. We are at our jobs 5 days a week, 8 hours+ a day and it’s important to find job and career path that will make you feel happy and satisfied. I think that Claire and the people at Profiles understand the weight of a decision to change jobs, and for a company to invest in hiring a new person. Claire stayed in close contact with me every step of the way. Once she found an opportunity that seemed like the perfect fit, she had regular phone calls with me prior to each interview to ensure that I was prepared. I’m a big questions person and would call and email her constantly with questions and she had no problem answering me quickly-even if it was on the weekends. I highly recommend Claire and the Profiles company as whole to anyone seeking a marketing/technology/creative job. They have the expertise to place you in a great position. Claire is hard-working, positive, smart, persistent, and very understanding. Claire is a stand-out employee and manager, and I would highly recommend her and if I need a job change in the future, she will be the first person I reach out to!

My experience with Profiles exceeded that of any staffing company I've worked with before! I couldn't be happier with Claire Cederholm, the Profiles Talent Acquisition Manager that helped me find my new job. It was apparent that she truly had my best interests at heart. Claire was very responsive throughout the whole process and never left me guessing in terms of the status of my applications for various positions. Once I was hired, it didn't stop there; she continues to check-in with me to ensure that everything is going well. My experience working with Profiles was very positive. A former colleague referred me to Rachel Coonan and she was wonderful to work with. She made me feel at ease throughout the hiring process and was extremely helpful in determining what would be the best fit for me. Rachel was always responsive and professional, but did everything in a caring manner. Rather than just trying to fill a role or check a box, she made sure I was happy with my placement. I am very grateful for her and Profiles because if it wasn't for them, I would not be where I am today.

I've had an outstanding experience working with Profiles. Claire was very persistent in looking for opportunities that matched my skills and has been very helpful in every step of finding a new job. In my case, it was actually over a period of several years that she would contact me regarding new opportunities; even though none ever lined up prior to the last, Claire never gave up or stopped looking. Everyone I've spoken to at Profiles has been very friendly and professional. Emails and phone calls are returned the same day, if not the same hour, and they do everything they can to answer questions or find the appropriate resource. I couldn't be happier or more impressed.
