I had the pleasure of working with Delanie Dunham, while seeking employment in the Accounting field. At the time, the market was really slow, but she managed to score me a long-term assignment. From there, she presented me with opportunities that were on my checklist. By listening to my needs that ensured a Work/Life balance, I received several opportunities that would work for me & my family. The greatest thing about Delanie is she not only places you and it's a great fit, she follows up, to make sure you're still as excited and comfortable, as the day you accepted and completed your first day. I've appreciated how she managed my job search so much that I've referred several people to explore their opportunities. I had never worked with a recruiter before I was contacted by Ajilon, and I can say it was an amazing first experience. Delanie worked with me every day to talk about new opportunities and prep for upcoming interviews. She was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and all around fantastic! I can't recommend her and Ajilon highly enough for those looking for a staffing agency to represent them.

Delanie Dunham was a great recruiter to work with. She always provided excellent customer service, very responsive and extremely proactive. Delanie always made sure I was prepared for each interview and quickly provided feedback. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a recruiter.

umm.. I have no clue where to start but their network here has placed me in various areas that can utilize my expertise. Moreover Delanie Dunham was my staffing advisor who was literally with me every step of the way. Form interviews to follow-ups to job placement. At times even a check up for general well being. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to take that step forward and get to the next level. I really thank her so much for all the hard work and dedication she has put in. I am sure Ajilon loves her on their team.

Ajiilon is one of those companies that are rare, they care about the correct placement and fit for the employees who are struggling to find the right job. I have been with Dylan Bozel, who is THE ABSOLUTE BEST staff manager in the state ( and I looked everywhere). His communication is top notch, he is there with you on your first day to hold your hand and introduce you properly. Dylan wants to get a complete review of your new boss, who you will be working for, the condition of the office and your safety. He is your YODA and there for you in every way. He makes it all work for you. Dylan becomes your friend, your guidance counselor and waves his magic wand for your perfect job! There is no one better! Diane Kowalewski
