Maryland New Directions is a wonderful place to gain a second chance at life and be granted a new job. The teachers, coaches, and all around staff have beautiful enthusiastic attitudes and truly support you from day one. I recommend all who are struggling to find work come here and be renewed.

Highly recommended. If you’re looking to obtain a certification in OHSA-10 certification or forklift, I would highly suggest MTDL. Instructors Mr. Dwayne and Mr. Kevin are very informative, detailed, knowledgeable of the material, and fully engaging in the course. Coach Hurt is amazing with the guidance and wisdom he provides with his role of assisting his clients. Overall, very helpful organization. It works if you put the work in.

I came in and had no an idea of what it was gonna be but, it was something way Better than I would've expected. They brought me out of my shell with speaking in front of a croud, they gave me confidence where I didn't know I had. Everyone here was absolutely great. Very helpful, " Everyone ", and things couldn't of gone any better. Thank you M.N.D for everything 🙏

The staff and faculty at Maryland New Directions are incredibly dedicated people. The curriculum is engaging, the activities really bring classmates together, and you receive great coaching in regards to resumes, job hunting, career knowledge in the trades, time management, organization, and interpersonal skills. They value the soft skills as much as the hard skills. And if you are in need of professional business clothes, they have those for you too.
