I received a text from Ashley, regarding a storeroom associate position I applied. The position is located in Las Vegas. I scheduled a interview with her. The assignment was for 2-3 months. I left Ashley two voicemails and she did not return my calls. I welled qualified for the position. Just Poor management! I started to think it was a scam. I never worked with them and I decided not to work with a company like this. In case of a emergency, and I cannot get in contact with you than I don’t need to work with you. I called this morning to put me on DN call list. I would be concerned to why? Overall poor company to work for. Hopefully the company they are contracted with see they are not reliable at ALLL!!

When I first walked into Encandria, about 2 weeks ago on 29.March.2016, I was pleased with the staff, the promise that they had a position that I qualified for, and would have me working in a few days. I have been calling every other day if not everyday and to check on the position. The person I met with has not spoken with me in over a week, telling me that he had not heard back from the company he was going to put me in. I have left messages for him but he never returned any of my phone calls. I had to call today and speak with another representative to find out the position has been closed. She also told me that she would keep my resume on file and try to find me a position. I thank her for her honesty and her professional communication to me about the position. I am disappointed that the person I interviewed with resorted to avoiding me in lack of communication. This was very unprofessional. I will see how long it takes this company to offer me a position

This was a great overall experience. I really enjoyed my assignment as well as the agency’s Client Service Managers and their level of professionalism. I appreciate the opportunity that lead to a permanent job with an awesome schedule . Thank you all for trusting me day one.

Dont expect them to pay attention to your paperwork or get your information right for taxes. Theyll just put whatever they want to put.

I do not recommend working with this company. Very unprofessional and very rude.
