I worked with Alex with RPStaffing on my placement at a trade association in Washington D.C. Alex is extremely communicative and professional and always made me feel prepared for every interview. He made my interview process, smooth and efficient. If you are looking for a new position, I cannot recommend Alex and RPStaffing enough.

RP Staffing provided an incredible experience! Alex was communicative, open, and enthusiastic. I felt superbly represented while going through the hiring process. I knew he cared as much for my needs/goals as the employer's. Highly recommend.

Never in my 30 years of experience dealing with recruiting have I ever encountered someone as unprofessional as Jenni O’Toole. I’m honestly surprised she is the VP of the organization given how unprofessional she is. Throughout the call as I was trying to connect to the client, Jenni was extremely rude, condescending, and even yelled at me when I asked questions about onsite visits and the telework policy. And ignore the comments they say about the Verizon issues, there were no such issues and she was intentional about her tone. I have never been more insulted by someone in the recruiting space and I think she needs to undergo mandatory HR training on how to speak with prospective candidates because this was absolutely unacceptable. 0/10.

I had a great experience working with Alex from RP Staffing. He was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, keeping in constant communication and providing updates every step of the way—which is rare in today’s job market. Alex made sure I was always in the loop, offered valuable guidance to help me succeed through the interview process, and was overall just a pleasure to work with. I’m very grateful for his support in helping me land my new role!
