I'm very grateful for Profiles, this agency helped me find an opportunity that has been a great fit for me so far. Jessica H. was my recruiter and she was awesome to work with. She and Tina were both very helpful, communicative, and just nice people all around. I would highly recommend Profiles to any creative professionals who may be looking for new opportunities!

Profiles found me when I wasn't actively looking for a job, but when you get head hunted it never hurts to take the interview. Nancy was fantastic! The position fit my skill set, but Profiles also stressed the importance of office culture and other factors in determining if this was the right move. They worked around my busy schedule to set up interviews, made me feel prepped and prepared, and handled the negotiations once I got the offer. It was great to have a professional to talk things through and they were always readily available if I needed them. A wonderful experience and I love my new job!

I loved working with Profiles! They are great at keeping you updated throughout the process, giving you tips before you meet with the potential employer and they are very friendly. The onboarding process is smooth! Profiles is one of the best staffing firms I have worked with. They don't let you fall off their radar and have excellent communication.

My experience with Profiles as a candidate was wonderful. Nancy DiScullio was the consummate professional. She took the time to meet with me in person and constantly kept in touch with me throughout the process. When I was a hiring manager, I constantly used Profiles, as I consider them the gold standard in hiring and recruiting.
