Palmer Staffing is a great agency to work with. I worked with Beverley, and she was extremely helpful in placing me in a position that's a great fit. She facilitated the process and made everything so much easier by keeping me informed the entire time and consistently checking in. You can tell she truly cares about the people she places and goes the extra mile to ensure you're in the right role. I’ve been working with Palmers Staffing for three years. Patrice made sure I got a job. It me some time to get a job but after several interviews Patrice placed me at the perfect site for me. I worked two assignments with Palmers and I gained invaluable skills and meaningful professional relationships through my work with them. Edit: The agency's professional, exemplary, not at all vindictive reply below is the perfect testament to their "quality, diligence, and ethics." This recruiting agency does not deserve a 4.7 rating. Each and every one of their recruiters ghosts and disappears completely after reaching out, never offering the courtesy of an update. They engage in bait and switch to get you to sign on to a temp role, overpromising benefits and conversion, and then become passive aggressive when you discover their dishonesty. Don't waste your time. Update: took Peter up on his humble offer for a phone call, and he absolutely proved this 1-star review was worth it. He displayed a complete victim mentality, blaming the "tough job market," fishing for my sympathy to excuse their treatment, and confirming to me that ghosting candidates is their business model and modus operandi. "We don't have time to respond to the 50 candidates we originally reach out to." I asked: "Then why do you bother contacting people whom you have no intention of answering? Data and resume harvesting?" He didn't answer my question. He was very nervous and defensive during the call, and even disclosed the name of an employee whom they let go (who committed bait and switch on me), which felt incredibly unprofessional and indiscreet. I repeatedly offered to work with him, saying I would change my 1-star review to a strong one if he remedied my experience and fulfilled the basic obligations of a recruiter. Despite my repeatedly extending this olive branch to him, he chose to be arrogant and dismiss me, posturing: "We'll take a one-star review by the chin." Fine, here it is - and it's richly deserved. Of course, you can choose to trust these polished, mass-farmed 5-star reviews/ love letters from the 1/50 candidates who aren't ghosted, or exercise discretion and protect your time and data. "Quality. Diligent. Ethical." Let the buyer beware... The lovely Beverley reached out to me a second time, with no apology or acknowledgment for her prior ghosting, and no discussion of the job description. Instead, she immediately began pressing me over my employment dates with increasingly intrusive, granular questions. When I asked whether she was moving forward with the role, she vanished once again mid-conversation. Very classy move. This is a deceptive, unethical agency that seems to prioritize resume harvesting, their KPIs, and treating candidates as free data extraction for clients. Alas, by Peter's admission, the market has come back to bite them.

I worked with many recruiting agencies when looking for a job, and Palmer was by far the most professional, attentive, and responsive of them all. Lheiren and Beverley were lovely to work with, and the role they placed me in ended up exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend their services and wouldn't use anyone else if I found myself on the job hunt again.

I worked with Palmer Legal Staffing 10 years ago and then again, this past year - each time, Beverley Segel assisted with placing me at great firms. Beverley actually remembered me from 10 years ago, which says a lot considering the amount people and resumes that come across her desk. She was always enthusiastic, and helpful and took the time to understand what type of position I was seeking and placed with me excellent firms each time. Beverley was superb with following up with me as well as the employer. Since I have been hired, Beverley still checks in to make sure everything is going ok and to see if there is anything else that can be done on her end to make sure I am satisfied in my new position. My experience with Palmer, especially Beverley, has been overwhelmingly positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
