Extremely unprofessional experience! Unresponsive! I should have checked the negative reviews on YELP & GLASSDOOR before agreeing to do the interviews. Apply at Kforce or Beacon Hill Staffing instead; they’re true professionals. Andrew Foley contacted me from Randstad about a position with a nonprofit organization in Washington, D.C.—a job I never applied for. Despite my initial hesitation, I agreed to move forward and completed two interviews. Sort the reviews by Newest to see the current negative reviews. Meanwhile, the positive reviews date back 4–7 YEARS, which says a lot. During the second interview, Laura Schuit, the HR Director at the nonprofit and a former Randstad employee, appeared to be leading the meeting. This raised concerns, as it became apparent that she still has a significant influence over Randstad’s hiring process, despite no longer being employed by the company. Ms. Schuit currently works for the American Clean Power Association, yet her involvement seemed to extend into Randstad’s internal recruitment activities, which I find inappropriate and concerning. My camera initially did not work, but once I resolved the issue and joined, the Director of Media Relations Phil Sgro stepped out to take a call and was unavailable for part of the meeting. Afterward, I followed up with Andrew and another recruiter but never received a response. It’s disappointing to be contacted so persistently for an opportunity, only to be completely ignored afterward. I have since requested that my information be removed from Randstad’s database but have received no response. SHOCKER!! Based on my experience, I would not recommend this staffing agency to anyone serious about finding meaningful employment.

I visited the office today ay 11.30 AM, the front desk assistant was rude and wouldn't let me. He said I need an Appointment. I called their office number to make an appointment, none picked up. In the website tried to make an appointment there is no option. I asked the front desk agent if he can let Ranstad in he said "No". If you open a business and dont let client in how are you going to make money and deliver service?

I really enjoy working with Randstad. They will work with you to find you employment that suits your needs and skill set. They found me a well paying temp for permanent hire job in a surprisingly short amount of time. Anomi was my recruiter and she is easy to work with. Great communicator. She frequently checks in with me to make sure my assignment is going well. Which is much appreciated. Highly Recommend!!

Anomi Fernando and Alyse Hopkins at Randstad have been amazing. They prepared me extremely well for interviews, were very patient with me and kept in constant contact. Having dealt with numerous agencies in the past and not had great experiences, they have restored my faith in agencies, making me feel like an individual rather than just another number looking for a job. They are experts in their field and are a credit to Randstad. Thank you both for all your support and faith. I feel really honored that you both have been an amazing with me through my interviews and job placement in my temp to perm hire role.

Randstad has gone above and beyond to make sure both myself and the clients they hired me for are happy and a good fit. Christina was very responsive and on top of sharing new assignments with me. Julia brought cookies to the client's office to celebrate a successful placement, then followed up with another call to be sure things were still going smoothly a couple weeks in. I've used other temp agencies before but Randstad employees definitely excel in the people skills needed in their profession. Thank you all!
