I had a great experience working with Beacon Hill, and I wanted to recognize Grace Brown. She was consistently responsive to my messages and any concerns. She always made sure to keep me updated, and I really appreciate how proactive she was in reaching out. What stood out to me was her balance of professionalism and genuine human care. She added a human touch that made the experience feel more supportive. A big thank you to Grace Brown for all her help, support and consistency throughout my job search.

✋🏽😩🤚🏽Beacon Hill is amazing! It’s so hard for recruiters to connect and keep a connection, but Rachel always kept me in the loop and didn’t forget about me. Even when I would see jobs on my own from the Beacon Hill site she would get back to me and let me know in a professional manner why I may not be a good fit for the role. The communication and transparency was unmatched and it landed me a dream position with an amazing work culture and great people. Thanks Rachel Kenick and Beacon Hill!!☺️💕

Let's leave an honest review about the Washington DC location of the Beacon Hill Temp Agency. Be prepared to be ghosted. If you look at the list of reviews, there is a clear and evident pattern at play here. This pattern is evidence that Beacon Hill Corporate Headquarters has not handled or addressed the unprofessionalism and negligence of their Washington, DC location temp agency staff. I had an introductory meeting with Tricia Ei Ali two weeks ago. She was very cheery and excited! You would have thought that I had won the lottery. She sang my praises on my credentials, my resume, and how qualified I would be for the 3 positions that their agency has listed in my field. She let me know that she would submit my resume and get back to me in the next few days. It has been two weeks and I have not heard anything back. I followed up last week, and she let me know that she is very busy and will get back to me before the week is out. Guess what? It did not happen. Communication when working with clients is a basic expectation, and this expectation is not being met at all. The agency creates false expectations of success, yet it fails to follow through. You guys need to get it together. In the meantime, I wish everyone the greatest success on their job search journey!!!

As the other reviewers said, they will ghost you quite a lot...you're just an inventory item to them. Sometimes recruiters like Tricia El Ali might reach out seeming nice and helpful but remember that they are working for a client and not you. The worst part is when act all excited to keep you on the hook and feeling hopeful only for them to ghost you and having to email Beacon Hill's own central HR to get them to respond with a basic position filled email. Or promise to keep looking for positions only to never follow up. Just know what you're getting yourself into is my advice.

This was a very BAD experience with this staffing agency. I was actively job searching for over a year and consistently reached out regarding roles that closely matched my background and experience. Despite being qualified, I rarely received responses—even when contacting recruiters directly. Meanwhile, the same or similar roles continued to be posted. A staffing agency should prioritize communication and follow-up with candidates, especially those who meet the stated qualifications. The lack of response and engagement made the process feel discouraging and raised concerns about how candidates are being evaluated.
