I've been fighting to get my bf added to my case for 8 months and I've only since this past week gotten my back pay for cash aid. Now I'm having to go into the office AGAIN bc Artem and the office won't answer my calls about all my back pay food stamps! Extremely frustrating we have a kid that needs every dollar. Tried asking for a supervisor 4 different times and not once gotten a call back. Beware 😤

Grimy and dirty, security is dismissive, but, staff is helpful and respectful. Then I had to go a few doors down to D section to puck up my EBT card and that was another subject. Dismissive, rude, and the guy with the thick French accent was so rude I don’t understand why would even work there if he hated helping the people who had to be there. But, it was fast, thankfully.
