I had the chance to work with Taylor H. and she is the best recruiter I have ever worked with in my career to date. She really felt like a partner on my journey, not just someone placing a candidate. She figured out what would be a good fit for me so fast, and she was thorough. She gave me all the information I needed to feel prepared and set up for success. What blew me away was that she could already see the match between me and my new employer before I even met them. She was right. I am so excited about this role and I truly believe it would not have happened without her ability to see that fit early. She checked in regularly and I never felt like I was going through it alone. Interviewing is stressful and she made it so much easier. I really hope I get to work with Taylor again at some point in my career. She is the kind of recruiter you do not forget.

Working with 80twenty has easily been one of the best recruiting experience of my career so far. They clearly operate on a different level when it comes to matching candidates with the right companies, but what really sets them apart is the human element. I've worked with Rob Norris at 80Twenty Talent Agency. We connected over LinkedIn on several roles that fit my profile. In my previous experience, recruiters have reminded me of real estate agents - they make the initial introduction, expect the candidate to do all of the legwork, and offer little to no follow-up, while getting a commission check. However, to my surprise, Rob was incredibly proactive with the process. Soon after my interviews, I would already have a message from him asking how the conversations went, or with feedback and next steps. It's refreshing to see this type of attention, especially during a time when there are more candidates than available positions.
