Close this online EDD CA, requiring personal membership and "ME ID" videos that NEVER work, for sick, disabled, elders to apply for their benefits is cruel and just shuts down. AI just blames the attempted user. All application ceases along with Money Network Mobile App that shuts down access to one's money for countless. It really gets me, YOU KNOW WHO WE ARE already. We've obviously been paying your tax from our pay. Pay us. You don't need some video, that does not work, can be anyone who picks up the device, infringes on our rights to apply for needed benefits or online mobile access to our Master Card payments. Shut this down.

it only getting worst just give this guys a mopped and sweeper and hire some one fresh and approachable some of this people from top has to find a mopped bucket and just clean this restroom

Like a lot of the poor souls I've had the opportunity to read about going down the reviews I have been waiting for almost 2 months for payment. After spending almost 2 months trying to identity myself because I sadly got caught up in the identity fraud sweep, I was elated to finally get my case back on track only to be stalled out yet again. Even though my account reflects the fact that my claim was processed, accepted and implemented I have nothing but pending payments and no correspondences(not email, phone call, letter, or inbox... Nothing!!) from the EDD. Which is frustrating given the fact that I've sent out multiple messages and tried religiously to contact them via their mainline. It's like I've dropped off the face of their systems with no way to rectify the issue..."beyond annoyed".... Welp I shall continue my faithful Ritual tomorrow bright and early... Wish me luck!!!!

For 4 months, my unemployment has been cut off.... For 4 months, I’ve sent emails via EDD’s ‘contact us’ page I only to be completely ignored.... For 4 months, I’ve tried consistently & persistently to get ANYONE on the phone via EDD’s number listed on their website. It takes you through 4 freaking minutes of prompts, only to HANG UP ON YOU every single time I call, no matter what day or time of day. The WORST customer service ever. Everyone around me is getting stimulus checks, & even though I qualify, I can’t get through for ANYONE to help!

Nice little location where you can assistance with finding a job. They have PCs you can get on to fill out applications, phones that direct call unemployment, and a fax machine to send your paperwork off. The government employees try their best and I was appreciative of the effort they put forth.
