My experience with Verstela has been excellent from start to finish. Their process from the initial phone screening to onboarding was smooth, organized, and respectful of my time. They respond quickly whenever you reach out, and they make sure you always feel supported, even after you’ve started your first assignment. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their talents and stay present throughout the entire process.I also want to give a special shoutout to my recruiter, Malcolm. He’s been amazing to work with; very professional, and always quick to respond. He kept me updated through every step of the process and made everything feel smooth and stress‑free. I truly appreciate how supportive he’s been from the first conversation all the way through onboarding.

Wonderful experience working with Verstela's Seattle office! My recruiter Malcolm was very responsive and kind, and he matched me with the perfect assignment. I also worked with Zorana at their office, who was very friendly and helpful with the onboarding process. Highly recommend working with this great group of folks!

Everyone in the team has been super amazing. You can tell that they really put in effort to helping people out. They were there with guidance helping me get a job. Verstela doesn't deserve any clients with their awful attitudes they fire anyone who tells jokes on the job or cusses considering 100% of all workers joke or cuss on the job you're literally firing your entire labor force THIS IS WHAT BLIND STUPIDITY LOOKS LIKE! Go ahead and continue to destroy your relationships with workers and business there is already another staffing agency that has hired me and acknowledged my skills unlike Verstela whom never acknowledged any employees work experience and education.
