My experience with Spherion has been excellent. They were knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive when I needed it, helping me find quality work in my field. I worked most closely with Camilla, who is incredibly talented and helpful, with a positive attitude that made each interaction truly enjoyable. When there were some stressful moments during my unemployment, Camilla made sure I felt heard, understood, and supported. I am truly grateful for not only the guidance in a tough job market, but the quality of care Camilla provided. I highly recommend Camilla and Spherion if you are looking for quality recruiters!

Spherion is a great staffing company thst helped me get employment very quickly right after I went to my local jobfair. Prar Ky is an excellent recruiter who is very patient and so supportive! Everyone is nice and friendly to work with. Very quick to respond. I got a job right after Prar responded to my email and went to work almost immediately! Prar is very friendly and on top of her game! You're standard waiting period of drug testing and background check. My only complaint is that they could EASILY do the drug testing and accept the social security card online as many jobs just ask for your number and run your background check as I didn't like having to drive 45 minutes into N. Seattle right by U.W. which could've EASILY been avoided. So, that would be my only negative which may or may not be a deal breaker for some!
