Lisa Immerwahr was assigned to my case for a few years (2018-2022) as a victim advocate. Throughout this time, Ms. Immerwahr did not provide me with any advocacy. She ignored me and did not make any effort to support me as a crime victim. I repeatedly emailed and called her to ask for assistance throughout this time. I also made a public records request which showed that Ms. Immerwahr did not write a single note on my case, which further indicates that Ms. Immerwahr did nothing as a victim advocate. I contacted Ms. Immerwahr's supervisor, Donna Lockhart. Ms. Lockhart makes the excuse that Ms. Immerwahr had a large caseload (300 cases). However, if she had such a large caseload, then does this mean she ignored everyone, or was it only me? I want an investigation into why I was not provided adequate advocacy as a crime victim. I feel that I was not treated fairly, and unless Ms. Immerwahr ignored 300 other victims, I believe that I was not treated equally.

I have had some very subpar interactions with the Seattle Human Services Department. In particular, their Director Tara R. Beck seems to be completely incompetent. Not sure how you can claim to offer "Human Services" when all you do is avoid interacting with tax payers.

A Home and Community Services worker which was clean my house to away some of my belongings which I could not recover clothes Tupperware battery charger was damaged full life Medical which is contracted through Health and Human Services send employees that had no regard for my property did replace a battery charger but it was a knockoff and was arcing when I plugged it not to mention almost lost my apartment because of unhealthy conditions after inspect two times I was fortunate to have it inspected the third time and it passed but I asked where I was going to get funding if I lost my voucher they told me I would have to go find it and they would put me in the shelter my worker told the company not to pay for replacing my damaged items bed bugs got so bad I couldn't stay here anymore went to stay at shelter somebody stole my glasses I have a + 7 and could not even read my prescriptions I asked if it was okay for these people to come in and do the things that they did they were very evasive about giving me a straight answer or being responsible for their actions he can avoid these folks like herpes

Excellent! Very kind and helpful staff. Needed a letter and it was found copied and left in 8 minutes.
