I worked closely with Cindy Dovinh at Robert Half after parting ways with my employer. She was a pleasure to work with. Cindy is professional, personable, and diligent. I highly recommend Robert Half based on my experience with Cindy, and will not hesitate to utilize their services in the future.

I wish I could give this review a Robert "Half" star. This employment agency has strung me along for all of 2025 and haven't sent me a single opportunity. It took multiple attempts to get someone to contact me, when I finally got a meeting with a recruiter they assured me we would be in constant communication on job opportunities and they were "in my corner". This was in January 2025. Radio silence until March. The recruiter reached out just to ask how my job search was going...nothing from their end. I explained that my unemployment benefits were running out at the end of March and I needed to broaden my search. Radio silence until May. I got this message "I hope you’re doing well. I just got back from a trip and am catching up on emails—so if you’ve reached out recently and I missed it, my apologies! I’d love to hear how things are going on your end—any updates in your job search? Interviews, offers, or new goals? Would love to stay in the loop so we can keep you top of mind for the right roles as we head into these next few months." (chatGPT response I am sure due to the multiple "—") I responded with, "Happy May to you as well! No major updates on the job search, still putting out applications, but no luck yet. I am still looking for any available marketing position that fits my work experience. Have there been any updates with job opportunity volume?". Radio silence still to this day, I have given up on any sort of hope from Robert Half. On their website it says "Our mission: Bringing great companies and specialized talent together to build successful businesses and rewarding careers." I am sorry to say Robert Half, but you have failed in your mission in my experience with your services. If you are thinking about relying on their services be prepared for a lot of false promises and to be left hanging for extended periods of time. Hope this helps any job seekers out there, stay strong! You are not alone!

I do not reccomend Robert Half, ever. They took way too much of the bread from my workers hourly budget and provided little to no resources or benefits for them.

Avoid these people. I received a voicemail from a recruiter (Stephanie) about a remote opportunity. I called back and left a message expressing my interest. The recruiter never bothered to return my call. Not even an email. This is very off-putting and unprofessional. It appears this is becoming a widespread problem with Robert Half. Perhaps they need to come under new management -- or simply cease to exist.
