If you are trying to pay your rent and feed your family do not work here. Do not download the Job stacks app. There are literally no jobs available. It's a waste of time and the app is a waste of storage space. Do not let them tell you there are jobs. Also beware of the intimidation tactics. The threats of if you don't show you won't be eligible for any other jobs. This is illegal unprofessional business practices. They can not say that to you. You are allowed to call off a job if you don't feel it's a good fit. If you get blacklisted or DNR then that's their problem. They can cry about it.

My experience with this branch was disappointing from the start. When I first called, the person who answered the phone spoke unprofessionally and was rude to a coworker who didn’t speak English as a first language. Disrespect toward non‑native speakers is a sign of a poor workplace culture and often predicts larger communication problems later. That turned out to be true. The assignment directions were confusing and unclear. I was told to meet three blocks away from the event site, and even though I arrived at the exact place I was instructed to go, I was still blamed for being “late.” Unclear instructions increase worker stress and lead to unfair discipline, as happened here. When I asked for help finding the loading dock at Seattle Center, I was met with a dismissive comment: “There are loading docks all around the world.” That kind of response is neither helpful nor professional, especially for someone new to the location. Clear, respectful communication improves performance and safety. I didn’t receive that here. I was also told I might not be accepted for the assignment because of the supposed lateness, even though I followed the directions I was given. At that point, I had no interest in tracking down the loading dock on my own, especially since I was already at the event. As someone recovering from an illness, the lack of care for workers’ well‑being was noticeable. Temporary workers often face tougher conditions, and studies show that supportive environments help people stay safe and do their best work. This branch did not show that kind of support. I hope this review encourages better communication and more respect for workers. Employees are the backbone of any service, and they deserve clear instructions, professionalism, and a workplace that treats them with dignity.
