This agency has a bad habit of posting jobs on indeed that they really don't have open. They falsely claim that they are hiring for all of these positions and to call now to start immediately. But, when you call, you're told something completely different. I've experienced it multiple times. Their ads on indeed should be reported for being fake.

I applied to the Parking Lot Attendant position. I have a car, I have insurance, my driving record is clean, I can pass a background check AND drug screening no problem, as well as 5 years in retail/food service for customer service experience, not all listed on my resume but some are. Yet I wasn't even given a chance. Not even considered. I am unemployed and desperately looking for employment. This is a staffing agency, theyre supposed to help? All the agencies listed on the word doc Emma provided I have already contacted prior to reaching out to this agency. I'm looking for long term employment, I am looking to get out of tech due to the instability in this market. I have exhausted ALL of my resources. This doesn't feel right, I wasn't even given a chance

Best staffing agency experience ever! Always got me into new jobs extremely fast. One time I called and they had me interviewing for a new job on the same day. My advice to anyone who wants the same experience that I did would be to maintain continuous and honest communication with the agency, show up on time each day at whatever job you have accepted, and just be respectful at your job site. Pretty basic stuff, but anyone who has had a bad experience probably wasn't doing one of those things. Just be open with the agency and don't keep them in the dark about things you're going through. They can help you as long as you are being transparent with them. Shout out to Charles! Always helped me out when I was in a pinch.

I’ve had a great experience with this Express in particular. When we had first moved here, I needed a job fast because what I had planned fell through. Ruby and Marlena specifically have been both effective and professional whereas I had other recruiters stand me up and others I am still waiting 2 months later to hear about job placement. Ruby has fought to get me better wages and jobs that fit my skill set and times available. It’s been awesome working with these ladies.

I want to thank Charles for helping me get into a job I really wanted. Since 2024 began I’ve been struggling to find any admin or customer representative jobs and he made it happen in a snap he was very helpful and really good with communication!! Express employment is definitely a place where they can definitely make sure your needs are met and set you on a career path!
