Laurel Rick did an amazing job! I recently moved to the Seattle area, and I applied with Business Talent Solutions hoping to find permanent work. When I arrived for my appointment with another recruiter, I was told she was not available. Laurel was kind enough to step in on short notice, and took the time to discuss my qualifications and what I desired in a job. She was attentive and gave great feedback. After my interview she was proactive in contacting me and the employer she had in mind. She called and emailed me personally, and showed a great effort to reach out to me. I'm excited to start this new position, and I know Laurel played an integral part in getting me this opportunity. I can't say enough good about my experience with her!

Dana knows what she’s doing! I applied to a job through their website and after having a detailed interview with Dana about my work experience, education, and what I wanted in a new job, she recommended I apply to a different job on their site which was a much better fit for me. I had an interview the next day, and Dana gave me details on the company and practiced interview questions with me beforehand. I was scheduled to have my second interview a week later, and got a call the day after with an offer! The entire process really only took a week, and Dana clearly cares about finding the perfect fit for both employers and employees. I would highly recommend!

Dana and Laurel have been amazing!! I worked directly with Dana. It has been less than one month and she was determined to find me the right fit. She listened to what my requirements were and what kind of career I was looking for and helped me every step of the way. I also talked to Laurel who gave me some amazing input on the company I was interviewing with. Both gave me advice before the interviews and I am very happy to say that within one month of working with Dana I have landed a great career starting in a couple of weeks. Dana called me a couple of times a week to make sure that this is the career I wanted and listened to my needs and concerns and took care of it. I was not sure about working with a staffing agency because I have never worked with one before, but I suggest this to anyone that is looking for a career or needs some guidance or suggestions to jumpstart the job search. I had a great experience working with Dana. She was amazing, we went over and made changes to my resume, and she set me up with an interview within the week. Prior to the interview, she helped set me up to be the best possible candidate for the job. From start to finish I had nothing but a great experience with Business Talent Solutions. I would highly recommend Dana for anyone in the future looking for a job or career in the Seattle area.

Laurel Rick is an absolute angel. I went in to the office to meet with her regarding the original position I applied for, which had ended up already being filled by that time. We met anyways and Laurel had some great feedback for me. Fast forward a few months after I had gotten kind of lazy about my job search and I get an email from Laurel saying she had a position that was the perfect fit for me. I was so impressed that she had kept me in mind after that much time had elapsed. She went above and beyond to get interviews scheduled for me, prepare me for my interview, and keep me updated throughout the whole process. Thanks to her, I scored an awesome job that I'm super excited about. Cannot recommend Business Talent Solutions enough!
