My experience with Aerotek has been amazing!!!!! From beginning until..... they have helped place me with a company that's is suited for ME. Erin Stanton is my recruiter and she is awesome. She worked with me and stayed in contact on a daily basis to make sure I was placed with the right company. She stayed on top of the emails I sent. She always replies the same day. I've worked with other temp companies in the past and my experience was NOTHING close to the professionalism Aerotek/Erin offered. My job search went very smooth and I was never left without answers. Erin knew exactly what was best for me. I have already and will continue to recommend Aerotek in Virginia Beach to people I know looking for employment. The companies that they work with are very established and may I add, the pay is exceptional. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and the company they placed me with!!!! Thank you Erin!!!!

I can only say great things about Aerotek staffing and recruiting. My recruiter, Tori Mays has been helpful from the first time I received a phone call from her to being offered the job position. She was professional, very kind, and provided positive feedback. Aerotek helped me find a job very quickly and with ease. Tori listened to what I was looking for in order for me to move into the next step in my career path. She also kept in touch with me and was very informative to help make my transition easy. Aerotek is a great company that can help provide a variety of employment opportunities. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for all the help they have given me and how grateful I am to the entire staff.

Christina is AWESOME! I applied for a job with Aerotek on a Tuesday and was called in to meet with Christina that afternoon. She had already found a job for me by the time I came in. She was so helpful, with interviewing tips, and resume tips. When it came time for me to interview with the client, Christina meet me there and walked me in. I have never worked with a temp service before but I would greatly recommend Aerotek to anyone. Christina constantly stayed in contact with me and made me feel important. I appreciate all her help! With all her help and hard work, I am now employed in less than a week!

My experience with Aerotek is AWESOME! The Virginia Beach location everyone is very helpful and professional. Erin is my recruiter she is very informative about the position she offered me. She also checks on me regularly to make sure everything is okay with the employer and if I need anything from Aerotek. I will be referring friends and family to the Virginia Beach location. Keep up the great job Aerotek!!!!!

Although still very new, my experience with Aerotek has been full of results. I worked very closely with Christina Basum to assist me with career placement. Christina found an environment that was perfect for me and not only fit my schedule completely but also my skill set. If every Aerotek recruiter is anything like Christina, then this company is awesome and well rounded in ensuring that not only does the client have an excellent incumbent, but that the incumbent has an excellent employer.
