★★★★★ 10/10 — Sandbox VR Virginia Beach As first-timers, our experience at Sandbox VR Virginia Beach was absolutely top-tier. Donte checked us in and explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which immediately made us feel confident and ready to play. He also took the time to make sure our team picked the right challenge for our group, and that made a huge difference in how much we enjoyed it. Once we were getting suited up, Vibez stepped in and made sure we had the proper equipment, that everything fit correctly, and that we were fully set up the right way. Then Julian came in to assist, and from that point on it was clear we were in great hands. All three of them worked together like a well-oiled machine—professional, patient, efficient, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great time. The service alone is worth coming back for, and the experience was unforgettable. Highly recommend—ask for Donte, Vibez, and Julian if you can.

Brought my husband here for his birthday, it was a blast and I didn’t even play. I had fun watching him. Martin was a huge help. He patiently explained all the games in detail, answered all questions, and made the experience fun. He’s definitely employee of the year. We’ll definitely be back. It was worth the money plus we get videos of the experience at the end.

If I could give this place 20/10 I would. Everything was great from the customer service to the experience itself. They teach you how to put on all equipment, you get to choose your weapons, they provide video and pictures of the experience included in the price. Make sure you wear short sleeve, light clothing because you will work up a sweat. Please stop by and at least attend one session you will love it!!!!

Gibson was amazing. Had a few tech difficulties but they made it right and fixed fast. Was a great experience- took my son here for his 16th birthday. He said they will be back

Our session at Sandbox VR was definitely an amazing experience! We went for my brother-n-laws 27th birthday and did the Deadwood Phobia and it was soooo much fun! The staff was extra helpful and even when we were going crazy and messing up our signal running and jumping from zombies, whenever we needed “assistance” they were right there to get us back on track! I will definitely be back with my friends and to do Stranger Things and Squid Games! Can’t wait!!!
