Not worth it. I interviewed for a position serving food for a gala and was offered it contingent on trimming my beard. Fine. I acquired the necessary attire and they changed the requirements to being clean shaven. I counter offered due to the new stipulation and they declined my offer. I've a college degree, if they're sending these red flags prior to actually working with them what will happen after? I was told I didn't impress them during the interview. That's fine, I wasn't that impressed myself. Gala = big money event. Considering this they were low balling me to begin with considering it didn't come with benefits. If you're fresh out of prison or an illegal it's decent, I suppose. Only reason for two stars is I didn't actually work with them.

I've been with The Personnel Store for about four years now, and Melissa Rodriguez has been my recruiter for the past 3.5 years. I can confidently say she's top-notch. Melissa Rodriguez is incredibly accommodating, understanding, and consistently keeps me in the loop about available temp jobs. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Staff are oblivious to what's going on. The pay isn't on time. Direct deposit lol what a joke. If you work here keep track of all you own hours. Website doesn't work. If you need a job go somewhere else.

The best temporary agency in Austin downtown. Recruiter Melissa Rodriguez is the best manager ever. Very kind ; professional; helpful ; thoughtful and appreciative of her employees. It’s always a pleasure working for the agency for 2 years The Personnel Store has been there for me in terms of job assignments and I’m grateful that I am able to make ends meet because of them esp Melissa. Keep up the good work and thank you so much for being awesome !
