Like most devs, I've had nothing but subpar experiences with recruiters. It seems that most firms have a limited understanding of the roles for which they are hiring and the skills that candidates possess. Austin Fraser however, is not at all typical. The gentlemen with whom I worked (Zachary Tickle) clearly understood what I could do, and what I was seeking. He landed me several interviews with great teams, and was presenting me with new opportunities daily. Each one was a good cultural and tech fit for me. I ended up accepting a position at the best job I've ever had thanks to him. I was able to pick this job from multiple offers, and had to cancel a couple other scheduled interviews that he also arranged for me. If you're a technology professional looking for greener pastures, I don't think you can do any better than Austin Fraser.

If you are developer, you've more than likely have dealt with recruiting agencies while trying to find new work. As far as agencies go, Austin Fraser in my honest opinion are the best in the business. Not only are they open, honest and available. They truly care about the well being of their contractors. I had a choice between two similar offers and I decided to go with them due to the experience I had with Austin Fraser!

First class company - Last year a contract position became available in Austin. I was living in Dallas at the time, and was looking to move back. Austin Fraser approached me, and its has been a one of the best business relationships in my career. Sean Patterson, who I feel fortunate to have had, and can say sincerely, one of the best recruiters that I was lucky to have. Sean deeply looks into your background, really listens to your needs and progressively seeks positions that benefit you and the company. Along my journey, Sean called regularly to check up in me, and always kept in constant contact with the company. His relationship management, in my opinion, created a solid connect and communication strain open to which I feel aided in moving me from contractor to full time employee. I would not hesitate in the least at recommending him and Austin Fraser for anyone looking for employment. I am proud to say even after being hired full time, we speak regularly. I had a great experience working with Andrew Johnson during my time looking for a new opportunity. Being in a new city, Austin, searching for a new opportunity can be challenging. But Andrew made that process a lot easier and less stressful. He took his time to find me the right opportunities based on what I'm looking for, like, don't like in a company. From the initial step to the last step, Andrew is there whenever I need questions to be answered. Austin Fraser definitely is doing something right in training their recruiters. I would definitely welcome a chance to work with any recruiters from Austin Fraser again in the future.
