Got another letter from ya'll AGAIN. I WILL NOT BE PAYING MONEY BACK!!!! I still need to the fiance departement to call me back along with a call back or email in general. Stop screwing me over and get better customer service. Don't know how you expect hard working employees to pay anything if we can't even speak to an actual person.

I used them in 2018 due to me losing my job due to a car accident 03/02/2018. I couldn’t find work anywhere because of the back injury I have and they didn’t want to deal with my problems. I wouldn’t recommend them because after you have found your job and you don’t need them anymore, you have to pay back what you owe to them and it’s going to be a lot. If you are that determined to get an income then I would come here but at the same time be careful because like I said once you use them then you have to pay back all that money you owe them.

Got approved one week and denied the next by them done everything I needed to do. Thanks for adding extra stress on when I will be able to pay my bills again. I thought be fired was stress enough but TWC definitely adds too it
