It's general labor across the board. Picking up trash and cleaning up buildings and job sites. You will make between 12 to 15 an hour unless you are lucky enough to get a skilled ticket. Very few of these clean up jobs pay more than 12 or 13 dollars an hour. If your a good worker you may want to go on jobs by yourself because most of these guys do more hiding than cleaning. Just an FYI. If you have a vehicle you have a better shot at going out that day, but not always and riders in your car net 8 bucks round trip. Hire Quest is definitely a day labor outfit with minimal jobs and no guaranteed repeats so shop around or go to a few different labor spots. Austin has about 15- 20 different labor pools. Good luck.

They were really nasty to me on the phone, so I didn't bother. A lady I worked with at another agency recommended this place, but I didn't like my initial aggressive interactions with their office. IDK, it probably depends on who you are and what their feelings are that day, how they will treat you. It was a pass for me because they clearly thought I was trash before I ever walked in the door. I've been booked for two weeks straight with three other places I use, so this place didn't make sense to me at all. I see from a lot of their other recent reviews, they suck big time anyway. No thanks, I'm good.

Place has fallen off a cliff since the relocation. No real authority, identity, loyalty, love, or logic. Yes it’s day labor, but it could and should be much better. Huge disconnect between people on food stamps, disability, social security, and the ones who actually have to work everyday. No point in trying anymore. Sad result of care free, nonchalant structure.

Hirequest has helped me have work every day Ive ever showed up. They are dedicated to helping ppl Sierra and Patrcia are my favorites they have been working here for a long time are the most helpful staff but everyone that sends ppl out at hirequest are great employees of hirequest and help ppl have work on a daily basis.

A little over a week working with hirequest and things have been great. The staff (Sierra, Patricia,Le and Monique) have been outstanding going above and beyond to ensure every employee and employer are aware of work details. I am one to question every new experience and so far I've always had every question answered with confidence.
