I've worked with Betts multiple times now and they are top class! Very on point when it comes to timeliness and professionalism and they work with some really great companies. Lauren went above and beyond to help me prepare for my interviews and I always felt like she had my best interest in mind when we talked about the opportunities I was considering. Betts will be the first recruiting team I call next time I'm looking for a new job!

I'd highly recommend Betts Recruiting and if you get the opportunity to work with David Claunch, you will not be disappointed. Although new to the game, he came across as an expert in the industry I'd been interviewing in and coached me every step of the way. He was quick to reply and his feedback kept me prepared, while he highlighted my strengths and helped me strategize. While I did not accept a job through Betts, his mentoring was a huge factor in refining my skills for the position I'll be starting soon. I will be sure to contact them again when I'm in the market and ask for David, because while I grow my career I know he's doing the same. I know I'm going to be working with someone that is strategic, honest and efficient.

Firstly, I'm not someone who takes the time to review products or experiences so may that serve as validation of my strongest possible endorsement of Katie Ostrander. From the time I first met Katie, she went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I've worked with some recruiting agencies in the past and can honestly say that none of them even come close to the level of service Katie provides. She always kept tabs on where I was in the interview process and was a constant source of encouragement. What stuck out to me the most was before every call or in-person interview I had, she would always text me 15 minutes prior to wish me luck. That attention to detail is rare. Admittedly, I forgot about a first round phone interview for one company during my hiring process and it was Katie's text that saved me from missing the meeting. Although I am sure she is helping multiple candidates at a time, I always felt like I was the only one she was working with. She was incredibly accessible and available as a resource whenever I needed her. Because of Katie, I received an offer from the company of my dreams and was able to take a massive leap career-wise. I cannot recommend her services enough. Whether you are just starting your job search or have been unsuccessfully looking for a while, give Katie a call. I promise you won't regret it.

I had a great experience with Betts recruiting because the individual I worked with was very prompt and professional. She even offered to practice/game plan with me on the day of my interview to make sure I felt prepared and confident heading into it! The turn around was very short and I landed a new role in under 3 weeks!

I reached out to Betts during my time off to see what all these reviews were about and really test the process. They got me 1 interview in a 2 month span with a Hiring Manager that completely trashed on the company I came from. I Worked with 3 different recruiters from Betts. Had an extremely hard time getting a hold of the recruiter that got me the interview. Wanted to get feedback on the 1 interview they got me and wanted to discuss potential opportunities for a different position. The last conversation I had with Betts was that I was willing to take a different role and they said "Sure Ill reach out to my team and see what they have" Never heard anything back. I am also laughing out loud while I type this. I had to "Austin Chill" my review.
