The lady at front desk services (receptionist) is rude, appearing to be irritated by individuals walking in asking for information. The people that are walking in is trying to get a job just like she has a job. If she's annoyed with her position, maybe she should let someone who's thankful to have a job get her position and she finds something that she doesn't have to deal with asking questions. She's also dishonest person. Because of the experience with her, I'm not comfortable working at this location. Her attitude did change when a lovely lady from the back came to the front and stood beside us. That was pretty much all I needed to see. I love working because I love taking care of myself. It is workers like this receptionist that make it extremely difficult for good honest people like me. Thanks for all the really good kind people there that makes people lives better! Thank you all for your time and energy.

I called two different times on two different days to verify how you can register with them to get work. Each person over the phone said that I can come from 8-11 a.m. The next day I did exactly that (I got there at 10:30) and was told that I could not get in because they only have room for four people each day from the hours I guess. I spent time and gas money that I really don't have and if they would just say that over the phone, that would have solved that whole dilemma. Who would think common sense could really help in this situation of people sincerely looking for work?? The lady who explained the whole thing was quite rude as well in her tone and facial expression.

Jessie Lane is one of the nicest persons I've ever met. So professional and kind. I went in for an interview, had another actual job interview within a couple days(even after making sure it was exactly what i needed and wanted) and then started working right after that. Best experience with this, by far. They actually care about you, which is nice. Highly recommend their employment service.

This is a really great staffing agency to work with to be placed in your field of experience. All real friendly people and they get you where you need to be quick! Jessica is the one who arranged me an interview with a company with a position in my field of education literally like 15 minutes after I walked out of the office. I'm happy where I'm at. Thanks to Jessica and Express they set me up with the best job I've ever had. Not only that, also my first position since I have moved to Nashville. The place is actually a pretty good place with decent jobs and careers. Majority of the staff are understanding and considerate. The guy at the front desk is one of the most politest person I’ve ever encountered. I would’ve given them five stars but Lindsay, one of the staff member there, is one of the most (probably only) inconsiderate, poor communication, no understanding employee they have. My advice try no to work with her. Dana is one of the best there is here. She always have great jobs and communicate regularly. She was always my go to
