If I could give this company zero stars I would. I had responded to a Customer Service Role on Indeed for Hire Dynamics. Beware if you have to deal with Misty W. for the position as I did, as she has no idea what she is doing, is very unprofessional, lies and does not follow protocol and asks you to do unethical tasks. I received a text from a recruiter from Prologistix. He told me to call him which I did and told me about a job that sounded perfect for me. He asked me to send a copy of my resume to Misty W. at Employbridge as it is her client. I sent my resume and spoke with Misty W. and an interview was set up for 2 days later. Since I had come in through the "back door" to this position, I had checked out everybody as there is more fraud on Indeed now than real jobs. When it came to my day, about 2 weeks ago for my interview, Misty gave me the wrong Time Zone her client would be calling from so I was not home to answer the call. Before this happened I also corrected her on an email sent me as well as the Time I would be working for my shift as she gave me the wrong Time Zone for that as well. I called back their client and aced the interview. Misty texted me to call her and she told me I got the job and the pay rate, which was a little more than originally told to me. This happened on a Friday and she said I had to first fill out an application before anything else, but I had 2 accounts and they had to be merged which she would do and I could do the application on Monday. It was Friday afternoon 2pm and she could have merged them by 5pm, but didn't. Monday rolled around and I told her I would have to fill it in Tuesday as I had appointments to tend to on Monday. She said that was fine, but I would have to fill it in by the next day, Tuesday, as position started on 9/2/25. The next day at 10:45am I started to go on the computer as Misty had told me to go to fill out application. I had to first email her and ask her where to go as she never provided the information. I tried all the passwords she gave me and I could not get into the site to complete the application. She kept giving me the wrong information to put in and I kept emailing her the decline messages I was receiving. After about 2 hours she told me I had 2 accounts and would have to figure out myself which one I originally used to access the application. SHE LIED AS SHE NEVER MERGED THE FILES AS SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO DO. It took me non stop to 3pm to finally figure out on my own how to access the application. I have an email trail of what I am stating. Not once did she pick up the phone to help me as it was her who was giving me all the wrong information to enter and who did not merge the accounts so I would have had easy access. Shameful! At almost 4 pm I started the first page which looked like an application page, the second page and after that was all ONBOARDING NOT an application. I emailed Misty W. again for about the 8th time and asked for an offer letter to be emailed to me as one should have been sent to me before any Onboarding takes place. She emailed me back and said once I fill what has to be filled in, she will fill in her portion and then I will receive an offer letter. I emailed her that is not acceptable and not protocol and would not put in sensitive information before I receive an offer letter as that is an employees security and NEVER have I done otherwise. She totally ignored me after my request, lost the job opportunity and I contacted my attorney the next day and have a meeting next week. She duped me out of a job that I had received from one their clients. I received a job offer from their client, but she would not send me an offer letter before completing Onboarding. I have never worked in HR, but I know more about protocol than her. NEVER have I filled out Onboarding before receiving an offer letter. I have been in the workforce for over 30 years. She kept referring to the Onboarding as the Application. She doesn't even know the difference. Be careful if you have to communicate with Misty W!

I had a really great experience with Remy! She was very sweet kind and professional. They were good about getting me in and out and making sure I had a clear understanding of the job and everything els that entailed with it. Thank you guys so much I will definitely refer anyone I know to Remy at hire dynamics!

Ms Tamara was very polite. Her personality is awesome. She makes sure that you are satisfied with the job opportunity that has been presented to you before you leave her desk. She takes her time with, no rushing. I love that about her. She made me feel very important , like I mattered, and not just a client looking for a check. I’m homeless and without a lot. I had expectations to hopefully get a job. Y’all exceeded it! These sweet women gave me lunch, a job, not only motivation, but understanding, too. The process was smooth, and I felt like y’all cared. Thank you ALL for giving me unconditional love at my lowest❤️❤️❤️. If you need a job, just put in application or call, they’re more than willing to help and like me...it could be just what you need!

Hire Dynamics is a great place to get assistance when trying to find work. Ms. Lisa helped me and she made my day. She was very considerate and also understanding of my situation and really seemed to want to help. She didn't just do here job, but I felt that she love doing her job. I would totally recommend this place when trying to find employment. Thanks, Hire Dynamics!
