Staff are wonderful and extremely encouraging. Learned a lot of great skills there.Ms. Shepherd is so good at what she does, but please whatever you do, don't call Ms. Shepherd Ma'am. 😂

Never went there yet, I was going to but had the rudest receptionist talk to me on the phone. ( to the owner) Your people are the gateway to your business. And the first impression, you get this?!

Towards employment is a complete joke to pretend to offer services that will help the community and help individuals when in turn it is nothing but a constant rhetoric of how they can help with offering no real help is wild. The unprofessionalism of the staff is an astounding and should be looked into. I’m not sure if they understand that they’re playing with people’s lives. People are generally trying to feed their families and it’s just another Tuesday at work for them. I truly think they are mismanaging government funds because they’re not helping the community that they say they serve. Truly disheartened by taxpayers dollars being wasted

Communicated with tric and Darrius until 2 months before trucking school. Spent a few hundred out of my own pocket to get the learners permit, license, transportation, etc. I stopped communicating because I needed help for employment in the mean time. While I was at the hospital I couldn't reach them so they revoked the CDL school grant. I still kept up communicating with Tric so I'm confused. Anyway I wasted lot of time(money too) that eventually got me nowhere so I'm kinda bitter about the whole thing. You know how important money is when you don't have an income so that was rough. Ron's a good guy. I'd suggest going to him in there. We'll to wrap it up I just feel cheated is all. They gave me hygiene supplies when I needed it so that was nice of them though.

Since I got anxiety and don’t want to see the counselor they don’t want to call back or let me start classes ! Completely waste of time
