I have been using CMIT Solutions of Cleveland Downtown & East for a number of years now. Having dental office with specific dental software, I thought I had to be with a IT company that specializes in the dental industry. CMIT Solutions of Cleveland Downtown & East offered to do a Network Assessment to audit our IT infrastructure. Based on the Assessment and what CMIT had to offer, I decided to switch over to them and glad I made the change. I appreciate the time that they provide to discuss our needs and their proactive approach. I would highly recommend CMIT to any dental practice or small business who is looking to change their IT company.

CMIT Solutions of Cleveland Downtown & East has truly helped me as I transitioned into a new job. They were able to utilize their partnership with Dell to get me a new laptop and have it all set up ready for me to start working. Knowing my data is protected and backed up properly gives me piece of mind. Their quick response time shows how much they care about their clients.

CMIT Solutions provided excellent service in helping me with a computer issue that was impacting my ability to work effectively. Their technician was professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The owners were easy to get in touch with and work with. I would highly recommend working with CMIT!

It is with great pleasure that I offer comments about our experience with CMIT. We are a small professional services firm, established in 1989. Two years ago we decided it was time to find another firm to manage our office computers, home computers and the integration with our mobile phones. We were referred to CMIT by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association who told us that CMIT was doing a great job for them, as well as for a number of small and medium law firms in town. Given the more sophisticated needs of law firms, we figured would take good care of us and sure enough, they have been fabulous. From little problems to big problems, their response times have been excellent and their technical people really know what they’re doing. We are very much dependent on the technology that we use on behalf of our clients, and when it doesn’t work, we have a problem. CMIT makes those problems go away. CMIT Solutions of Cleveland Downtown and East has been a tremendous partner for Ohio AMS. Their proactive approach to IT ensures that our systems stay secure and up to date, avoiding any downtime. They are extremely professional, deliver a high level of client service and take the time to break down complicated issues for their customer. We also liked the fact that they are part of a large national network that has partnerships with companies like Dell to provide us with preferred pricing. If you are a small-medium sized business owner that is looking for a local IT company, I would highly recommend calling them!
