The Security officer at front desk was very helpful and kind.The wait wasn,t long at all.And the young lady who received my paperwork was not on patience,but kind to every client before me as well as myself, they both deserve a raises.

It is terrible trying to get an appointment you can pull up that appointment link and try all day for months and NEVER get through. I miss CHN. I went to another county and all of their appointments were there and easy to make smh.

I called to speak with the hr/payroll dept. I simply asked for the fax or email and the payroll employee Dwayne hung up on me! I called back and he said wrong dept and hung up on me! Not good!

How do you get a call back? My appointment was in August and I needed a ticket put in and here I am in December still waiting to be told I have to reapply because its DECEMBER?!?!

During my process with step forward has been nothing but hectic, unprofessional and disorganized. As a customer I should always have a right to speak with management to resolve any issues or concerns. The lack of communication cost me the assistance I needed, the lack of compassion the representatives have for people in my situation is horrible. At no point in time should I call a government funded agency and there is no record of me calling. There is no communication with the worker, nor is there a way to show that they are receiving what am sending in with my personal information on it.
