This organization should be running Ohio's unemployment. The people in here actually Care about the people that walk through the doors and know what's going on versus The people at jobs and family services who Will give you the wrong information 10 separate times and then make it. So it seems like it's your fault, not the over complicated system

They never answer the phone. And They are never organized. The security guards have meaningless and dirty convos with each other. That should only be had outside the job. The vending machines don't work. It's located in a ghost town part of downtown. They give you tons of runaround. it sucks Dont waste your precious time !

This is an awesome program! I always filled out for jobs on their website but at the center, they have where you can get help building a resume, where you can apply for jobs, and they check in every so often to see how the job search has been going! I was able to get back to work BUT Ill check them out again for the resources! Thank you so much to everyone who called, texted and helped me during my job search! I wish I had known about this program years ago I would have BEEN going here!

People that work here are absolutely clueless and jacking with my fathers benefits. Miss Shalini sent is an email that my father was selected for RESEA and said we needed to complete tasks in his Ohio Means Jobs profile in order to create an appt to attend the workshop. This was done on 04/06/25 and I have screenshot this. There is no way to move forward and make an appt for this workshop unless one completes the reemployment activities and uploads a resume and makes it active on the site. Tell me why these fools don’t have him on the sheet for sign in and why they call and ask if he attended yesterday. Like you fools can’t logically keep track of that? He was sent an email to attend and that he completed it. Then they claim this morning thaf they are going to cut his benefits cause his resume isnt uploaded or active. Lies lies lies. Be prepped for an issue cause you people are clueless as hell and jacking with benefits for no reason. I will find out who did this!

Waited almost 3 hours to be seen to set up phone interviews (twice) for grants for CDL training, by the intake supervisor, just to sit by the phone at the scheduled time and date and received no call. Emailed the intake supervisor and no response. I guess you have to a be veteran to get respect!
