Only because 1 star was the only option to give. Cannot seem to get in contact with anyone and it’s been weeks! Mr powers has disconnected the call several times. For some reason I always get connected with him. Time to reevaluate employees and hire ones that are actually willing to do their job. Insane… extremely unprofessional and will be sending a personal complaint to the Office in Columbus

The online services I needed to use to apply for unemployment forced me to re-log in multiple times. Everything is so archaic, and slow. 3 weeks in, wanted to check in on a claim and speak to a person to get some questions answered. Cannot get through your phone tree to a human when I call in. Tried the online chat, where it says there is an option to "Chat with a live agent". Fill out your little form, says there's about a 40 minute wait time. And it ends up being for another robot. I waited almost an hour, for a robot? You. Are. Trash.

I’ve now had two employees sneak and change my child care with out my permission first time it was taken away completely and my vouchers have now been switched with no notice when I don’t qualify to do a co pay

If I could give 0 stars I would, since 11:08 this morning I've been bounced back and fourth for 45mins to 2 hours at a time (5 hours total) until finally they closed, this was for a CLIENT who needs urgent updating on their case. This specific location is the location we FIRST called, VERY unprofessional, Unorganized, and not once was I ever connected with an actual Caseworker or Social Manager.

I wish I could put zero stars! This is no longer a job and family services building! Don’t go here expecting to apply for benefits or to scan any documents! This is not that! I am soo very irritated that I rushed here thinking i was going to be able to scan my documents so my Medicaid can be approved!
