Can't get a hold of my case worker, even called and left multiple messages on her supervisors voicemail. He's never once called back either. The whole office is in need of more competent workers. It's been 3 months and none of my calls have been returned.

No one ever answers phones or calls back .. Doesn't even care to help.. a real shame 😔

Took them 7 weeks to respond to an application. They sent me a letter requesting pay stubs but didn't give the perimeters that they wanted (how far back, etc.) Called and left a message for my case worker the day the letter was received for clarification. 4 business days later there was still no response. I tried calling my case worker's direct line about once each hour, only to go straight to voicemail each time. With the deadline for their request looming (lest I have to wait another two months to be processed) I had to resort to calling about 6 times with in 1 minute just to get the guy to answer his phone (see, he was there!). As someone who has worked their entire adult life paying into this system, I refuse to be treated this way when I am placed in a situation in which I have to use these resources. These people are payed by my tax dollars to serve me and the general public and they are doing a repulsively poor job of doing as much.

I've been applying online since April 4th 2019. Applied two times; onve in April and Once in June. I have photos of confirmation numbers for both of them. I have not received no calls, no emails, nothing in the mail. NOTHING. This is so disorganized and it's a shame that they offer the option to apply online and do not follow through with them. So, now I have to go there and show them and see how this goes. My daughters medication is over 100 dollars a week. Its a shame that I am having such problems getting help for her!

I've called my case worker 4x and haven't gotten a call back. Lost my benefits because of it. I get that they're probably swamped, but maybe they should have someone leave them notes on who to call and they can make a "To do list" and call the people in the order in which they called. I'm going to have to physically go up there next week since I can't get anyone to return my numerous calls.
