I once interacted with this firm shortly after finishing my Master's degree. The recruiters at this firm are disgustingly unprofessional. They will lie to you and try to convince you to accept very low level positions that are far below the average compensation level for your profession. If you are young and inexperienced they will even try to bully you, by yelling at you and speaking in a condescending tone, in an attempt to push you into accepting really low level positions. Fortunately for me even when I was at a young age, I didn't tolerate that type of behavior and was never afraid to be confrontational when there was a need to do so. It is shocking that they are still open after all of this time.

They reel you in with plenty of opportunities, but be warned: the contract they want you to sign is ridiculous. Their fee is up to 30% of your salary, and if you don't make it 12 months at the new job, you are responsible for paying . If they really had your best interest in mind they would not make you pay such a huge fee if you fail. DO NOT sign any contacts with this company.

Awesome service! Very laid back and friendly. Really care about what you want to get into and don't treat you like just a resume. If you want to be taken seriously as an engineer, CBC has the better opportunities.

Exceptional service, staff is friendly. Took the time to get to know me and my interests. I got placed within 2 weeks as an electrical engineer and can't wait to see where this company takes me.

The business is very professional but my experience with my agent Trevor was terrible.. During my session with him I found myself falling asleep. He totally dismantled my application writing all over it. He hasn't contacted or followed up with me via email or phone call to this day...
