My experience with Randstad has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. In my experience, the focus seems to be on filling positions quickly to satisfy client companies, but once you are placed, the level of communication and support significantly declines. When I raised concerns about my assignment, there was no meaningful follow-up. Instead of feeling supported, I felt penalized for speaking up. I was told I would be “taken care of” and that a new opportunity would be found “ASAP,” but that never happened. After that, communication became even more limited. Repeated calls often went unanswered, and following up for updates made me feel like I was being treated as the problem rather than a worker asking for basic professionalism. The promises made at the beginning did not match the actual support provided. If you choose to work with this agency, I strongly recommend documenting everything and advocating for yourself, because in my experience, consistent communication and accountability were lacking

I had a very disappointing experience with this temp agency. When a serious workplace issue occurred at the client site, the agency did not advocate for me or fairly review what happened. Instead, they accepted the client’s version of events without transparency and labeled my verbal response as a “zero tolerance” violation, even though I remained non-physical. I was not given the opportunity to review any evidence, camera footage, or witness statements that were used to justify the decision. Serious allegations were made, yet my side was not given equal consideration. Rather than protecting the worker they placed, the agency chose to protect the client relationship.This agency does not stand up for its employees when issues arise. If you are looking for a temp agency that will support you or treat you fairly in difficult situations, I would not recommend this one.

I do not recommend this temp agency at all. When I was placed at a client site and a conflict occurred, they failed to support me or fully investigate what happened. I was removed based on one-sided claims, without being allowed to see any evidence or properly explain my side. What really stood out to me is that it feels like you can be verbally, sexually, or physically harassed, and when you speak up or file a complaint, you’re the one who ends up losing your job — while the person who did you wrong gets to keep theirs. It comes across as being more about money and protecting the company’s image than protecting the workers they place. Employees have rights, and temp agencies should actually use them to advocate for their workers instead of letting clients get away with unfair treatment. Don’t let jobs or temp agencies get over on you. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this temp agency. Y’all better start reading reviews before signing up to anything cause you need a job asap !!!

Working with Randstad has been a pleasure! They took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for in my search for employment (unlike other agencies I worked with that didn’t bother listening and wasted both of our time). Evan was always professional and helpful. If there were any issues, I could always send him an email or reach out by phone and he was quick to respond and get the situation resolved. I received an offer for a full time permanent position from my very first temp job with Randstad and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend working with them!

Evan contacted me about a position, but after hearing my qualifications he pitched a different position that suited me much better. This means a lot - it's easy to tell Evan knows what he's doing. Everything moved very quickly and I had a new job within 2 weeks of our first contact. He called me before/after my interviews, after my first day, and has kept in touch to make sure everything is going well. I've raved about this process to my friends and coworkers - this was the smoothest and easiest transition to a new job. I definitely recommend contacting Randstad if you're looking for something new that suits your skills.
