I have worked with Matrix over the past 2 years, and they have been very professional, as well as very personal. They treat you like you are part of their family, and keep you informed along your journey. Stephanie, by far, is one ofthe greatest resources one can work with. Highly recommend. Even with all the uncertainty of today's world, she keeps in touch and let's lets me know about job opportunities. Matrix resources in Charlotte looks out for both the client and contractor. They make sure it is a good fit for BOTH, which is refreshing, since other companies are just looking to make a buck and fill seats. Great job to Stephanie and the whole Matrix team! Update: my 2 year contract is coming to a close, but my initial review still rings true! Stephanie has been AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about her!

Honestly, I was concerned about who to work with regarding my return to the workforce. Matrix of Charlotte for the WIN!! Bonnie Playko is excellent, consistent, professional... simply the best. This is my first time working as a contractor and I am so happy I am working with a professional and responsive company like MATRIX! They helped me in getting back to work after a few years of gap and I always felt positivity in their each and every communication which helped me a lot. Special thanks to Bonnie who never gave up on me and kept submitting me for suitable positions while making me comfortable. She has a very positive attitude and is very responsive in her communication and after onboarding always makes me feel a part of the MATRIX family! She keeps checking on me periodically to see if I am engaged and happy at work. Thanks to Sherri also for making the onboarding very smooth. She was very helpful in taking care of my needs while getting me the role and made me really feel that they care about their client and employee both.
