I had a great experience with the entire onboarding team at Motion Recruitment, including Anthony D'Aurizio, Hitesh Yadav, Allyson Doucet, and others that I am forgetting. It's especially nice to have check-ins from the team during the first couple weeks, and to have any and all questions answered quickly. Honestly, even their handling of the interview process was gold — these guys want you to succeed.

The positive experience I’ve received from the folks here, particularly Sherri B., Allyson D., and a few admin based ones has been amazing. The level of professionalism, the care and seeing the mission through attitude, only reflects how well they do their job with care. In contrast, other job placement agencies constantly call and what feels offer empty promises, and just want your resume and information. Motion actually took me by the hand and walked me through each step for this Sr position and keeps connecting to ensure I’m happy and taken care of.
