My entire experience with Labor Finders has left much to be desired. They made a huge deal about taking a flagging class so that you would be able to make more money than general labor. Took the time out of my day to show up and get certified. In the 2 months that followed I was sent to one flagging job. It indeed paid a dollar more so that’s what I grew to expect and I would think that’s a fair assumption. Have been to the office many times and turned away due to jobs being 30+ miles out of the city. Completely understandable, I shouldn’t expect to work in Charlotte even though that’s where we’re located. This past job I went on in Mooresville paid the same as general labor and when I asked Tina she explained that now it depends on what the company wants to pay. If that was relayed to me in the beginning I would’ve stayed home. As per the favoritism that was mentioned in previous reviews, that definitely is true. I’ve personally seen people without vehicles get called from the office early morning to get jobs before the people seated there. If job placement is based on performance than someone should be informed if they’re doing poorly.

A friend referred me to this agency. I Called the office to get a better understanding of how the process works. The rep who answered the phone was “Jack” I informed jack I was calling to learn a little more about the process and what do I need to bring. (I.e specific clothing, do I need specific credentials, etc) Jack said and I quote “My staffing coordinator will be in at 10am and they can provide you all the details you need then if you want to call back at 10am I am dispatching right now and can’t really do that”. I said, that’s not going to work I have a meeting at 10am. I also need to know what I need to bring so that I am dressed accordingly. He said, well like I said I’m dispatching right now so I can’t tell you. If you were dispatching and couldn’t be disrupted why did you answer the phone? Maybe schedule your coordinator to come in the morning so operationally you are covered instead of providing poor candidate service to job seekers that really don’t have to come to your establishment for opportunities?! I don’t recommend!

I highly recommend Labor-Finders to anyone that’s having a difficult time getting bacc on their feet. Staff has good energy and is passionate about their work. This is a great place to go if you’re looking for a fresh start! Changed my life completely 🏁

Job: Warehouse product audit. Crew showed up on time, followed instructions & worked diligently for the entire day. I was completely satisfied and would use again.

Super nice office staff and from what it seems like so far (it's my second day) they have plenty of work.
