Jackie is absolutely amazing!!! Not only is she the permanent branch manager in South Carolina, she is filling in at the Charlotte location to impecable results. Resultingly, I am very happy about the professionalism of this branch and staff.

If you would like to have problems with moving in deposits and fees, and also with moving out rules and charges- welcome! Not recommend this apartments at all. No service, no information, just fees and penalties on each step.

I just want to say thank you to Mrs.Christine she was very professional,patient and knowledgeable of her job. She made the process easy and answered any questions I had.Through out my time in the office I noticed how she went above and beyond to help everyone she encountered although she was the only one in office to help and the ratio of prospective applicants to her were great she still made sure everyone was taken care of. Everyone walking through those doors come from many different walks of life with many different stories. Thank you for taking pride in your job and having a passion for helping others keep up the great work you are truly a blessing!! 🙏 I will be starting my assignment soon it has been hard to find a job in Charlotte. So thanks again.

I met with Christine and she was very helpful and patient. Every time I needed her assistance she came over with a smile. I know that I was asking a a lot of questions, but she smiled and said that it is my job to make sure you find yourself a job. I’m always telling my friends to visit the office if they are looking for a job.

I wanted to say thank you to Ms Christine for helping me out with the application process. I watched her as she worked with everyone and she showed so much concern for each person that she work with when I was in the office. What I like most was that she said that we are all family here and no one gets left behind. I just love how she gave everybody an encouraging word.
