Highly recommend Partners Personnel to anyone looking for a job. Found this agency when I first moved to Vegas 2 yrs ago Jessica was my Recruiter she put me work immediately been at the same WH now for over a year. Thanks Jessica for helping me get on my feet so quickly being new to Vegas. The biggest shout-out though is to my Supervisor at the Alo WH I was placed at her name is Rosa she is the greatest. Shes very down to earth, compassionate, she really cares about her associates well being.Shes very attentive, polite, she's always on point with taking care of her associates needs. She always addresses every issue with a sense of urgency. She is truly the best at what she does couldn't of asked for a better Supervisor. Thank you Rosa for everything you do. Walking into this agency you can feel the positive vibes from everyone there coming out. They all want to help you get into the perfect opportunity. Honestly shocked to see the overall positive reviews considering my extremely negative experience with them, so I guess I just got really unlucky with the recruiter who reached out to me. Someone named Ali reached out to me in regards to a new position for an administrative role. My department was just laid off from BMM Testlabs, a global slot tech company because they decided to use an AI scripting tool and other departments to take over on our duties, so I have the recent experience and I have been endlessly searching for a good full time position that I can settle down in. Ali sent me to link to fill out the application and my profile as the position was not posted publicly yet. I was driving at the time and I had a long car ride but I did manage to stop and fill out everything needed all in the same day he reached out, within 4 hours of him asking. I followed up and let Ali know I had completed the necessary fields and if I had missed anything, to please let me know and I would correct it asap. I never heard back, and this was a few weeks ago. Lo and behold, after being treated unprofessionally and not hearing anything back, they went and posted the position on Ziprecruiter. That was a gut punch, but I still applied to that as well because Ali had insisted I was great for the role and they would be reaching out to me. I should have known based on the weirdly inappropriate way they completely disregarded me and never got back to me, that applying again would make no difference. Not sure why companies and recruiters act so terrible and play these mind games for no reason. I’ve been searching for a job for 6 months now, and I’m sure I’ll see the position posted again from this company in the near future because they deliberately tear down the confidence of people like me, but they’ll hire someone who has no intention of staying or working hard. I sorely regret ever listening to Ali or thinking this company was legitimate. I was already really suspicious when I haven’t even gotten a job yet and your website wanted my ssn, but now I know you are a company who puts recruiters up to falsely advertising your services just so you can turn around and make me and others feel worthless.

Applied to a job, they send me a pre hire link to complete did so and after not hearing anything for days I called and was told to send text to their number and set up an interview the following week. No response 2 days later and finally get someone to answer phone again and now they're saying I need to do more e paper. work and would send me a link through text and its been over an hour and nothing. Not sure if everyone who gave good review got the good recruiters and I'm like the others who have had no luck. its been a week now and still cant get a reply to text to schedule interview nor anyone to answer phone. 1/14/26
