I can confirm, they do not help you get hired. They're main objective is to tell you no.. I had the lady at the front turn me away after a 30 second dialog. A gentleman that overheard overturned her routine statement and offer to take my resume before I walked out the door. I applaud that man for his efforts. The lady, not at all. It's survival out here.

Ms. Shay Anderson at JobConnect was amazing. She helped me with my TAMs card and Health Card and truly went above and beyond by also assisting me with clothing resources and a bus pass. Very professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Excellent customer service she’s a real asset to JobConnect.
