So, an unemployment office that doesn't do unemployment! What a joke! Update the website! Wasted fuel to drive to an unemployment office just to find out they dont do unemployment. And the website said to go to an office when applying on line, for the 1st time! Typical government office with no care attitude towards people paying their salary!!

Sam from this place was one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever spoken to. Yelled at me as I was trying to explain and asked me ‘what does limited mobility actually mean?’ like I don’t know what it means. I had been calling back for a few days and finally heard back and this is how I was spoken to. I am appalled.

ZERO! I have spent hours and hours trying to contact someone. I was laid off May 13th and filed the next day. I have not received a penny and my status on uinteract has mysteriously vanished. When I call the automated line says that this past week is pending due to multiple "issues" with my claim and I have no idea what those are because I can't get in touch with anyone. This is terrible for everyone. Thankfully, I am back to work but 12 weeks without income is very taxing and scary for ANYONE. What the hell is going on? Also, don't bother choosing the option for them to call you back, it doesn't happen. I put my phone on speaker and go about my day, today I am currently at 6 hrs and 36 mins on hold.

I would give no stars if I could. I have been filing since May 17th with no payment. They claim that I have no wages during my base period yet I worked all year last year. I was on hold for over 2 hrs before I had to get off the phone due to having kids. I once request a callback and it didn’t even ring through. This is complete bull. Thankfully I just got the call stating I will be returning to work Aug 3. I will get my unemployment one way or another!!
