KC Live! is an absolutely outstanding venue and one of the most electric places you can experience in downtown Kansas City. I was lucky enough to be there for the World Cup draw party, and it couldn’t have been a better setting for an event of that scale and excitement. From start to finish, the atmosphere was buzzing. The space itself is seriously impressive. Open, modern and purpose-built for big crowds, KC Live! manages to feel huge while still keeping everyone connected to the action. Giant screens, a central stage area and incredible sound mean you never miss a moment, whether you’re right at the front or standing further back with a drink in hand. For major sporting events, it’s hard to imagine a better layout. The World Cup draw party was next level. The energy from the crowd was infectious, with fans from different teams and countries all coming together to celebrate the occasion. When the draw unfolded on the big screens, every announcement was met with cheers, reactions and plenty of friendly banter. It felt like one big shared moment, and KC Live! amplified that experience perfectly. What really sets KC Live! apart is the atmosphere it creates. This is a place built for celebration. The surrounding bars and restaurants flow seamlessly into the venue, so food and drink are never far away, and service is quick even when the place is packed. Staff were well organised and clearly used to handling big events, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free despite the crowds. Another big plus is the location. Being right in the Power & Light District means you’re surrounded by bars, nightlife and places to continue the evening once the main event finishes. It turns a single event into a full day or night out, which is exactly what you want when you’re travelling or attending something special. Whether it’s a World Cup event, a big game watch party, live music or a major celebration, KC Live! delivers on every level. The atmosphere, the scale, the screens and the crowd energy combine to create something genuinely memorable. If you’re in Kansas City and there’s an event on here, make sure you go. It’s an experience you won’t forget.

Great outdoor venue with lots of food and beverage options surrounding. Seems safe and people are friendly. Beer in the $7 to $8 range per pint. Free water all over the place.

Good tourist spot. Great place to hang out and people watch. Unfortunately when we were there live music didn't start until 9:00 p.m. - would have loved an acoustic show or something a little earlier to make the vibe feel "live".

Drove up from Tulsa to attend an event at KC Live. KC Live was a great atmosphere to enjoy Premier League Mornings at. And I was able to bring my son, so that was definitely a bonus. We had a great time. Also, he is a Chiefs fan, so he enjoyed all of the Chiefs decor/ memorabilia around the venue, even though we were there for soccer. If I had a complaint, it would be that parking was awkward. But, aside from that, it was a great time
