Horrible customer service from the door the secretary is unprofessional and will lead you in the wrong direction if you don't participate in her petty ego games . They offer a goverment service but anything and everything is like pulling teeth . There's help here but they seem to not want to give it . A horrible experience. I think that security guard should be given a second pay check and put behind the front desk.

Office was located in a very sketchy area of town-waiting times need to be decreased-however EVERY staff member I came into contact with was professional, nice, and helpful-which is more than I can say for the participant in waiting area who constantly complained about the room temperature and wait time using several instances of foul language to voice her frustration about it.

This is in reference to the FEC program. Very slow service. Not taking in account that your time is valuable as well especially when it comes to filling out forms. They do have good programs but be ready to stay awhile.

Please Just be patient with Supervisor since too many customers bother her for help. She did really help people as much as she can. Please be nice her!
