Unfortunately my expectations and needs with Medix have never been satisfied. Ive had multiple representatives reach out to me previously regarding a job; specifically Molly Macrae, Ryan Jones, Jacob Schumacher and Jared Caperton and no one followed up with me about the status of the job. I think its very unprofessional.

I love working with Medix because they placed me with an amazing recruiter named Michael Alexander. He always works quickly to get me placed with a new project and I have been working with Medix for over a year now. I am looking forward to my next assignment through Medix. Medix has always been professional and friendly with me. They prepare you for the interview process and give you the information you need about the client you will be working with.

The professionalism, patience with the onboarding process. Everyone has truly been amazing!! I've never experienced such a overall good experience with a recruitment company as I have with Medix. Please keep up the awesome work!!!

Also had a bad experience as Charity. I was working with Ian. At first, I thought I was applying to the company itself as I am not familiar with staffing agencies. However, being a new graduate, I was applying for anything I could qualify for. He seemed nice, but made me feel uneasy after asking me to repeat what his company does. I had many questions running through my head once he told me Medix was a staffing agency. The last thing I want to do is repeat what you said… Anyway, did the interview process and an evaluation test on the computer. He made me feel like I would get the Job. Didn’t hear from him for about 10 days, so I decided to call for a follow up. Tells me it’s really taking a very long time on their end and I should expect a call the following week. Never got a call or heard from him again... Those are key words for “Sorry, I made you drive 35 minutes for an interview and made you take a test for nothing. I couldn’t even give you a 2 min call letting you know you didn’t get the job” if one truly ever existed.

The worst customer service , they never answer the phone, they don’t return calls. I’ve called 3 times in the last 3 weeks to get no response to obtain previous tax forms. If you ever need any kind of customer service assistant medix is the absolute worst
