I dislike writing reviews, but sometimes it's very necessary. I have been applying to job at this agency for 3 weeks now and calling for the last 2 weeks. I have called a few time and it's hard to get someone on the phone then when you do, they don't have a fit for me, nor do they time the time to help place me anywhere. but the qualification is there. I keep receiving the ever so kind denial emails. Even with patience it's a waste. Highly disappointed.

Kristina is (and I know I'm dating myself here) the bees knees on customer service to this Kelly employee/temp worker. Kristina is super friendly and professional; I had issues accessing my payroll check data, and she took the time to help me get all set up and walked me through accessing the account.. Brilliant!

This organization is terrible, at least the Kansas City division. I encouraged my wife to get out of there asap due to their lack of communication and their lack of ability to follow their own policies! They make absolutely no effort to get to know their employees and their actions show that they really don't care about the children in these classrooms. Very disappointing experience for our family.

This place assigned a substitute teacher to my 12 year old daughters choir class yesterday 9/12 at Trailridge Middle School and that person chose to forgo all lesson plans left for them and instead showed the students a DRAG SHOW starting one of their family members! Do better Kelly Services, I hope that individual is fired and never allowed to work with children again!

My experience dealing with this agency was terrible but some of it was expected to be terrible as temp positions come and go. My first placement through this agency was 100% temporary but ended 1/3rd of the way expected due to outside factors I can't blame on anyone. The second placement was intended as a temp-to-hire position with a well known company in KC. That position lasted 2 weeks and from the brief, hands off explanation I received, ended based on some misunderstanding and miscommunication on every front. I was responsible for about half of what happened, the rest being split between Kelly and their client from what I can tell. More importantly, the two contacts at Kelly were difficult to work with, one of them making sniping comments at every opportunity including about my asking questions regarding an assignment like pay and location as "wanting to know everything." Or Kelly being unable to reach me at 5:30 pm on Friday, accusing me of being difficult to reach unless I want something. Like a job through their agency. A different contact person might have resulted in a completely different experience with Kelly itself. On a side note, if you have to use a temp agency I would recommend using any of the half dozen or so along College Blvd besides Kelly unless you have no other option. There's Aerotek, Appleone, Grafton, and Robert Half that I can name off the top of my head. Good luck!
