As a local resident and professional, I want to confirm that the concerns circulating in the community regarding your office are, in fact, valid. For the past three weeks, both myself and another agent have attempted to contact your office multiple times, with no success. Our calls have gone unanswered, and our concerns ignored. The consistent lack of communication and professionalism is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the standards expected of your organization. We have filed multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and I will be making a personal visit to your office tomorrow to verify the status of operations and to directly address the ongoing issue. This is in part to dispel any further claims that your phones are “not working.” I hope to see a timely and appropriate resolution to this matter.

I guess tall to good to have the doors unlocked smh.i have been up there three times now and the door been locked and then yall dont wanna answer the phone. How is anybody supposed to talk to yall when yall dont have no way of communicating with yall and that number that yall want people to text yall from I text yall and nobody replied back and I sent that early morning. Like what type of business are yall running here

Can’t exactly call yourself a staffing agency if you never answer the phone, or email for applications, and when people try to come into the location it’s closed!

I work second shift and by 9 AM the next morning they always have my money on the card. The card they give does not charge a bunch of crazy fee like most places. also as employment agencies go, they are relatively small so they know who works for them and all of their people that work the counter are nice and easy-going and the owner is always around so people are on point. And the owner is on top of things, he is nice and professional. The only issue I have with the place is when I was signing up they used a laptop that didn’t scroll well, So it took a little extra time to get enrolled.

All the ladies in the office were super happy and helpful!! Went in today and got offered work for the next day!! Considering I went in at 3pm, I was pretty amazed!! I was able to speak with Cindy, she was super informative and patient when explaining the process!!
