Called my director-level reference (though I told her to call only after an offer was made), put the reference on file, then told me to stay tuned for the interview, but the interview delayed, then the recruiter (Eva R.) left the company. I called in and no one cared to even help me transfer the reference to other recruiters. If a recruiter from this company refused to get the candidate's consent to call the director-level reference, then ran away, how do candidates ever trust recruiters at this company? I had a hard time talking to my reference again. He told me, "I already gave your recruiter my reference. Work with a better one next time." So I did!

I work a bit far from signature consulting's downtown office. The consultants call and expect to visit the office. Even after repeatedly telling them that it is not possible they keep insisting that I visit the office in downtown office. Its a bit irritating, they would not want to talk over phone or meet somewhere close to where I work. I interacted with many consulting firms, other consulting firms are flexible and are open to meet close to my workplace or talk over phone.

They got me a contract job with U.S. bank as an AML investigator. Cool location, helpful and friendly people. Big shoutout to SaVaughn King, you the man!

They have a nice office in downtown Minneapolis.. they also did parking validation for me :)
